Real estate market has been so different in 2020. And it may carry on into 2021.
Overall, the market still seems to be strong. We are not seeing the normal seasonal adjustments as previous years. While interest rate remains to be low, lowest point in the last four decades, it still warrants the consideration on purchasing your home. Here are a few points to note for January Sold Market:
(1) Total Sold Units number is 616
(2) Conventional sales number is 340 (55% of total solds); and Cash sales number is 145 (24% of total solds)
(3) Top five markets in our area are: (1) South Meadows 49 Units; (2) Fernley 40 Units; (3) Stead 29 Units; (4) Southwest 25 Units; (5) East Sparks and Sparks Suburban both at 22 Units, respectively
